The Mom Initiative: Hope for the Hard Days

 

Once there was a little girl who left bright blue footprints all over the house.

And a mama who scrubbed those drips and drizzles of smudgy paint until she ran out of carpet cleaner.

And a woman in the grocery store who cried in the cereal aisle.

And a tiny thread of hope that ran through that no-good, very-bad day.
